Completely natural gas-free heating is not yet an option for many commercial buildings. A good intermediate solution is now available with the hybrid heat pump. The Hybrid COnnect2 from Alutherm Heating has recently been installed in the Spitters Vastgoed multi-company building in Weert. A combination of an HR boiler and an air-water heat pump. Complete with smart control, it is the solution for boiler replacement or renovation projects in buildings that cannot completely switch off gas and still want to become more sustainable.
The multi-company building at Marconilaan 8 in Weert is a beautiful office building of over 4200 square meters. After this building was completely renovated last year, the central heating boiler broke down and it was impossible to get warm. There was already a desire to become more sustainable, which now gained momentum. They soon arrived at the Hybrid COnnect2 from Alutherm Heating in Belfeld.
